Well you can kinda kill kids, just get sandman perk and find a sleeping kid and select murder it dosent work but you still get xp VICTORY!!!.
I can kill all the dogs in Little Lamplight, but I can't kill the kids? Those Lamplight dogs should be invincible too. I went there and lobbed grenades out the ying yang,because I was getting pissed about being called a mungo all the time.But NOBODY died!!!
